What we keep, what we don’t.
what we collect
Your account email. The pages you upload. The conversations you have with Kaleia. Basic usage signals — lessons created, quota used.
why
To read your pages, generate lessons, remember your conversations across sessions, and keep your quota fair.
voice & speech
Audio you record is sent to ElevenLabs — a speech provider — so Kaleia can transcribe and respond. The audio is discarded once processed. Transcripts may be retained as part of your conversation history.
where it lives
Your data is stored on Lovable Cloud, the managed backend that powers Kaleia. Two external services process your content strictly to serve your request, and neither uses it to train its models:
- ElevenLabs — your voice recordings from pronunciation practice and live conversation, plus the text Kaleia asks it to read aloud.
- Google (Gemini), via the Lovable AI gateway — photographs of your study material and lesson text.
- Sentry — technical error diagnostics when something breaks: error messages, stack traces, browser and page information. We strip emails, tokens, device ids and long free text before sending, so conversation content and study material are not sent as part of a report.
what we don’t do
No ads.
No selling your data.
No tracking you across other sites.
No streaks, no badges, no gamification profiling.

You can sign out at any time. To request deletion of your account and the conversations tied to it, contact the address below — we will action the request.

Kaleia is not intended for children under 13.
